Job Description
  • To develop effective CSR programs encompassing environment, workplace, community and marketplace pillars that will deliver agreed CSR KPIs and set targets.
  • To understand industry standards for measurement and assist to establish CSR performance indicators to bring the organization in line with achieving sustainable programs tapping the above 4 pillars.
  • Coordinate and monitor CSR scope; the governance of sponsorship and donations made by the company, fundraising policies and procedure which include providing support in managing the tracking and report on sponsorship and donation for audit purposes.
  • Assist on Marketing Plan implementation, tracking and making appropriate responses/ actions for effective implementation and outcome.
  • Execute marketing initiatives and activities for AYER’s brand.  Assist to develop strategic digital marketing initiatives to penetrate the marketplace with innovative concepts, creative ideas, strong Brand execution and positioning for first mover advantage.
  • Work with internal departments and teams to strategize plans and budgets for Brand positioning exercises, CSR awareness and customer outreach for sales and marketing functions.
  • Work with external agencies, influencers and vendors to maximise returns on investment for marketing projects; prepare proposals on initiatives and activities to drive awareness and brand positioning of AYER.
  • Constantly assisting in developing new and innovative promotional sales and marketing packages, programs, events, online programs, digital outreach to create and maximise customer engagement and experience.
  • Review and ensure marketing collaterals (online or print) for effectiveness of content, design and quality of visual & content for strong Marketing and Branding impact.
  • Drafts and prepares content, develops creative perspective and strong impactful implementation plans and meets deadlines for effective and efficient deliverables.
  • Assist to conceptualize, source, manage and create 3rd party collaborations to enhance sales and marketing, CSR and digital marketing initiatives for win-win situations which will bring incremental value to AYER in such collaborations.

A recognized degree in Marketing, Psychology, Mass Communications, Public Relations, International Business or equivalent.

3 - 5 years of relevant experience in corporate marketing, branding and CSR

Hands-on experience in marketing, creative, advertising, CSR programs or digital marketing is an added advantage
