Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the Corporate Branding & Strategic Communications department. This role is responsible for implementing communication strategies that elevate the corporate brand, strengthen internal and external engagement, and support company-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate brings experience in corporate communications, branding, content development, media relations, and event coordination—and is comfortable with basic design tasks to support visual storytelling.

Primary Duties:

  • Support the development and execution of corporate branding and communication strategies across internal and external channels in line with brand identity.
  • Draft and edit key communication materials such as press releases, speeches, company profiles, newsletters, and internal announcements.
  • Coordinate and support internal communication efforts to engage employees and promote company culture, values, and initiatives.
  • Assist in media relations, including press release distribution, preparation of media kits, briefing notes, media monitoring, and coverage reporting.
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events, CSR initiatives, launches, and branding campaigns, including handling logistics, content preparation, and stakeholder management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely delivery of brand-aligned content and consistent messaging.
  • Maintain and update digital platforms including the corporate website and intranet; ensure visual and content alignment across digital touchpoints.
  • Provide basic design support for communication and event materials using tools such as Canva or PowerPoint.
  • Monitor campaign and communication performance, and prepare reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as documentation, budget tracking, and project coordination.

Requirement

Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication, Corporate Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

2–3 years of experience in corporate communications, branding, or public relations.

Excellent written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills for diverse formats and audiences.

Experience supporting events, campaigns, and media relations.

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); basic design skills using Canva or Adobe or equivalent tools is an advantage.
