Job Description

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement corporate digital marketing & design ideas and concepts to meet corporate branding, business, events and sales & marketing objectives.
  • Develop and assist to spearhead and drive the Group’s overall Marketing and brand strategies and engagement programs, via designs and digital marketing ideas and concepts.

Primary Duties

  • Assist to develop effective digital marketing and design programs encompassing environment, workplace, community and marketplace pillars that will increase the Group’s brand positioning.
  • To understand industry standards for digital marketing & design on measurement of reach, likes, followers and assist to establish performance indicators to bring the organization in line with achieving sustainable digital marketing programs for the Group.
  • Coordinate and assist on AYER Foundation; the brand positioning, sponsorship and donations made by the company, fundraising activities which include providing support in managing the digital marketing aspects to promote the Foundation.
  • Assist on PR and Communications Plan implementation, tracking and making appropriate responses/ actions for effective digital marketing, design and communications implementation and outcome.
  • Execute digital marketing (internal and external) initiatives and activities for AYER’s brand. Assist to develop strategic marketing & design initiatives to penetrate the marketplace with strong Brand execution and positioning.
  • Work with internal departments and teams to strategize sales & marketing, design plans and budgets for Brand positioning exercises, AYER website awareness and customer outreach for sales and marketing functions for AYER's Durian Estate, employer branding and AYER Foundation.
  • Work with external agencies, influencers and vendors, government bodies on certification, to maximise returns on investment for marketing projects involving sales and marketing of the Brand including CSR programs, AYER's Durian Estate, AYER Foundation and employer branding.
  • Constantly developing effective digital marketing and communication outreach to create and maximise customer engagement and experience. Prepare reports and proposals, analysis of data.
  • Review and ensure sales & marketing collaterals (online or print) for effectiveness of content, copy in design and quality of messaging for strong Marketing and Branding impact for AYER's Durian Estate and any scope where required, to drive brand recognition, increase sales and customer engagement, create positive marketing and brand impact.
  • Assist to manage PR and Media activities, press kits, press releases, press conference planning and execution.
  • To carry out assignments or any other matters that may arise from time to time as assigned by the management.
Requirement

A recognized degree in Marketing, Design, Psychology, Mass Communications, Public Relations, International Business or equivalent.

3 years of relevant experience in corporate digital marketing, communication, events, PR and design.

Hands-on experience in communications, digital advertising, design, copywriting, PR and Media.

E-commerce experience is an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
