Job Description
  • Responsible to plan and implement Digital and Communication programs, manage the development for e-platforms as well as to co-lead the e-Commerce growth for the Group’s durian division.
  • Responsible to create Digital and Communication programs that enhances the Group’s Brand positioning as an Employer of Choice.
  • Overall management of Digital and Communication sites’ operations (content/ promotions/ products) focusing on Brand Positioning on Employer branding and Gali Estate durian branding.
  • Manage and drives digital and e-commerce business program through AYER’s website as well as other Digital/ Social Media platforms and identify opportunities of engagement with target audience to value add user experiences.
  • Assist to create and implement E-commerce programs for Gali Estate durian sales strategies to enhance revenue and growth targets.
  • Create and implement digital campaigns to tap internal and external users/consumers and staff.
  • Work with HR team on employer branding announcements, campaigns and projects to drive positive branding on the Group from employee, candidates, stakeholders and business partners perspective.
  • Involve in development and execution of strategic and tactical communication plans with operation teams supporting the communications strategy to build the Brand Positioning of the Group.
  • Improve website performance to ensure brand consistency through all communication channels. Tap on social media avenues, e-surveys and perform analysis on digital and communication campaigns to optimize competitive advantage.
  • Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirement

A recognized degree in Communication, Digital Marketing or related field preferred, or its equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital operations related experience.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) especially in English.

Good knowledge of all digital and e-commerce channels/ marketing/operations.

Creative thinking, initiative and some knowledge/ skill in design is an added advantage.
