Job Summary:

To lead the financial reporting and analysis function, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to support strategic decision-making, performance management, and compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.

• Oversee preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual management and statutory financial reports.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and commentary on business performance and key drivers.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, regulatory requirements, and internal financial policies.
• Develop and enhance financial reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Partner with business units to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.

• Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders during audits and reviews.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance, and reporting accuracy.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the reporting and analysis team.
• Assist GCFO on AC, BOD, BRC, BSC and NRC related matters.
• Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, treasury operations, and working capital. Liaise with bankers on funding and loan drawdown activities, and support corporate fundraising efforts.
