Job Description
  • Monitor, coordinate, and communicate strategic objectives of our Company’s businesses to ensure submissions to relevant stakeholders are smooth and approvals granted accordingly.
  • Monitor, identify and rectify potential hiccups and deficiencies of projects, development order, building plan, earthwork and infrastructure plan, land conversion and other related land matters prior to submission to relevant authorities.
  • Familiar with property development guidelines and processes in different department and plan out the property development submission process.
  • Understand and solve the problems that occurs between authorities and project.
  • Proactively solve conflicts and addresses issues that could arise between the Company’s projects and relevant authorities.
  • Develop and foster good relationships with all stakeholders especially relevant authority agencies.
  • Ensure timely submission as well as close follow up with progress status of project approvals.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of Company’s business, objectives as well as strategic direction.
  • Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in related field, preferably from property industry or real estate background.

High integrity, positive attitude, mission driven and self-directed.

Good negotiation skills & project management skills.
