Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Ensure Manage end-to-end procurement activities across the organization to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • Develop, implement, and refine sourcing strategies to support business objectives and optimize spending.
  • Conduct supplier sourcing, evaluation, and selection to build and maintain a reliable supplier base.
  • Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts to secure the best value for the organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring adherence to service levels, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage contract administration, including renewal tracking, documentation accuracy, and compliance with internal controls.
  • Execute category management activities, including spend analysis, market research, and category strategy development.
  • Support e-procurement systems and digital initiatives to improve process automation and procurement efficiency.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with operational and strategic requirements.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities through analysis, process improvements, supplier consolidation, and strategic sourcing.
  • Prepare procurement reports and dashboards for management review, highlighting performance, risks, and improvement areas.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Resolve procurement issues and disputes to ensure business continuity and minimize operational disruptions.
  • Participate in procurement improvement projects, supporting system enhancements, workflow optimization, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation to ensure transparency, traceability, and audit readiness.
Requirement

1–3 years of procurement or supply chain experience (centralized or group-level preferred).

Hands-on experience with procurement systems, including analysis, evaluation, and process improvement.

Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, contract management, cost analysis, and category management.

Familiarity with e-procurement systems is an added advantage.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Ability to manage multiple procurement tasks and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills.

Strong sense of ownership and responsibility; proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.

High integrity and commitment, team-oriented with strong team spirit and a problem-solving mindset.
