Scope of Responsibilities:
Assist to develop and implement corporate sales and marketing, branding strategies to meet business and sales & marketing objectives.
Primary Duties:
1. Perform full spectrum of sales duties from prospecting, sales presentation, sales closing, sales administration and after-sales service.
2. Brainstorm, plan and execute marketing strategies to promote projects / properties, including but not limited to online and offline advertising, roadshow, launches, exhibitions, project awards participation, corporate campaign, and publicity events.
3. Carry out competitor study and market research to identify market potential, prospective customers, market penetration and market competitiveness, as and when required.
4. Coordinate with consultants, creative agencies, and vendors on the development of marketing collaterals and sales tools to ensure the accuracy of product information and meet the deadlines requirements.
5. Assist in preparing, organizing, and carrying out upcoming new projects launch preparation, documents, and marketing activities and materials.
6. Accountable for sales gallery and show unit’s matter.
7. Assist in generating new leads through various social media channels and expanding the customer base.
8. Manage customers’ feedback/comments and attend to their inquiries on property information, loan applications, and end-financier.
9. Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports of the Management.
Min. Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing or a related discipline
At least minimum of 2 years of working experience,preferably in a sales or marketing role.
Candidate with relevant sales and marketing experience with proven records in the property development industry is an added advantage.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Malay.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Posses own transport and willing to travel locally.
Must be able to work during weekends and public holidays.
