Job Description
  • Lead and manage the approved corporate planning initiatives to ensure it achieves the Group’s present and future business objectives.
  • Analyse critical business practices, identify efficiencies attainable through process alignment and/or improvement.
  • Develop, analyse and translate performance measures, benchmarking and related data (qualitative and quantitative) into strategic recommendations and action plans which includes risk profiles and management, viability, feasibility studies and market research.
  • Manage the operational excellence initiatives by providing guidance and direction in the delivery and achievement of department and company objectives from conception of corporate planning of projects identified through implementation.
  • Lead highly complex, time sensitive market research projects and identifies compelling trends and opportunities for Management, including joint ventures, business opportunities, diversification exercises, acquisition and disposal of assets, etc.
  • Perform financial analysis and reports on the performance of respective business units, implement tracking mechanism to keep track on project milestones and stages of implementation, to manage success ratio and sustainability of business.
  • Conduct researches, financial modelling and benchmarking analysis against industry peers. Evaluate and manage strategic business proposals including feasibility studies, cost benefit analysis, cost and revenue projections, business models, evaluation programs and exercises to ensure sustainability of business ventures and projects.
  • Attend internal and external meetings, seminars or briefings where and when required for the Group’s businesses and provide assistance on follow-up scope of work on the underlining projects.
  • Assist on Group’s business divisions strategic plans to ensure that these programs are sustainable from a financial, social and economic standpoint through cost and risk measurement, review and viability of the programs for optimum success rate.
  • Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in finance or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of similar experience in audit, corporate or consulting firm with 2 at least 3 years’ experience in managerial role.

High integrity, positive attitude, mission driven and self-directed.

Good negotiation skills & project management skills.

Intermediate level of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
