Job Description

Job Summary:

a) Take responsibility for the digital marketing department and efficiency of day-to-day operations.

b) Develop and implement operational strategies, policies and procedures that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

c) Brainstorm and generate ideas and strategies for digital marketing campaigns.

d) Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts and ads.

e) Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing Team to ensure that posts are engaging.

f) Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

g) Daily monitoring and analysing the campaign performance to identify the opportunities for optimization.

h) Manage a team of digital marketing professional, including setting goals, providing guidance and ensuring collaboration among team members.

i) Stay updated with industry trends and conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in digital marketing strategies.

j) Maintain brand consistency across all digital marketing channels and ensure that messaging aligns with the brand’s identify and values.

k) Conduct A/B test to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies for better performance.

l) Be prepared to respond to digital marketing crises or reputation management issues promptly and effectively.

m) Attend to other tasks from time to time as assigned by the Head of Sales & Marketing Department.

Requirement

Possess Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, Business Admin or any related field.

Required minimum 3-5 years of experience in property, agency, or relevant fields.

Experience of ads buying with Ads Manager in creating effective ads and analysing the performance to provide insight and data-driven decisions for clients to meet their objectives.

Experience in writing engaging ad copy.

Experience in Google Ads/ Google Analytics/ Facebook Ads/ Instagram Ads.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with a cross-functional team.

Able to consistently meet deadlines, multitask and problem-solving with strong attention to detail.

Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

This position is based in Bandar Bukit Puchong, Selangor.
