Job Description
  • Carry out feasibility study taking into consideration of statutory approval conditions, construction technologies and financial viability prior to implementation of new projects.
  • Work closely with Project Consultants on design, specification and contract administration.
  • Provide comprehensive and impartial advice on all matters related to planning and implementation of projects including evaluation of construction technologies methods and materials.
  • Liaise with all relevant authorities and utilities Company on the approval of plans and provision of services from conversion of land and layout approval including entertainment after office hours.
  • Work closely with other department heads on the coordination of project planning, design and implementation.
  • Prepare progress report and working papers for Management meeting.
  • Manage and complete the project within OR below the budget and time frame.
  • Ensure cost effectiveness in adopting various designs by Consultants.
  • Obtain fast and timely approval from authorities and utilities Companies within the limitations and constraints from the Company.
  • To ensure department always complies with the department Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Attend to any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering discipline.

Minimum 8 years of experience in property development or project management with 5 years’ experience in assistant role.

High integrity, positive attitude, mission driven and self-directed.

Good negotiation skills & project management skills.
